A little about me…
Hi! I’m Kieza and I’m what you’d call a Generalist. I work with start-ups and small businesses to help them grow in various capacities across business functions, including operations, marketing, sales, strategy, HR, Finance and more.
I started my entrepreneurial career fresh out of school, selling tonal portrait drawings to my peers for £5 each to earn some extra cash during the summer holidays. In my earlier years I became a Lewisham Young Mayor, ran an award winning enterprise society at University, and founded a textile printing and merchandise business which I operated for 10 years.
My diverse experiences have allowed me to develop skills, tools and resources that make me highly adaptable in fast-paced start-up environments. I enjoy the process of building things from scratch, and I’m passionate about materialising amazing ideas that I believe need to exist in the world, and working with smart, engaging, ambitious people to do it.

I’ve been a founder myself, and for a long time. I know what it’s like to be the captain of the ship, having to spin all the plates and ensure you’re making the right decisions daily. People rely on you; your partners, your clients, your staff, your family. It comes with an immense amount of pressure. People can be massively impacted by how you perform. But, it can also be very rewarding!
My mission now is to support other founders and small business owners to build sustainable, impactful businesses that are here to stay by building and implementing sustainable growth strategies. I do the high level thinking, but I also roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty when I need to.
I love the variety of working in a start-up/ small business environment. No two days are the same, and you have the opportunity to make a real, notable impact. I gain a great deal of pleasure from that, which is why I do what I do.

Hustlebucks
Where my career in clothing and design began. I started off designing and printing my own T-shirts, then went on to manage the store in Brixton when I graduated from De Montfort University.
MyBday
Think Groupon, but for birthday celebrations. I currently oversee and manage the marketing and sales operations for this Birthday Planning company. My contributions include building and managing the website, finding venues to partner with, and generating inbound website traffic.
Lewisham Young Mayor
At the age of 17 I became the Young Mayor of Lewisham, triumphing over 24 other candidates. I used my £30k budget to invest in developing business start-up programmes for young people.
Wear Your Heart Out
I founded this business whilst I was a second year graphic design student in Leicester. I create the brand identity as a project for one of my modules on my course and turned it into a real company. We served clothing brands, university societies, restaurants, and local businesses.
Merch Masters
My most recent business. We designed & manufactured clothing and merch products for fashion brands, musicians, creative agencies and more. I built the business to upwards of £250k a year in sales and over 17k followers on Instagram as a solo founder. It didn’t work out in the end (blog about that soon), but I’m proud of what I built from scratch.
BVC 2013
In my second year at University I entered the Business Venture Competition. I won the overall competition and was awarded £1,500.00 to start my business out of 90 candidates.
Printworks London
Printworks London is a well known venue in South London with a capacity of 6,000+ managed by Broadwick Live. We not only produced their clothing and merchandise in high volumes, but also designed and built their merchandise website. The venue had to close temporarily due to Covid-19, but has since reopened.
Creative Portfolio
We recently finished compelling branding and website design projects. Our team created a cohesive visual identity that captures the client's brand voice and values. The website design integrates visuals with easy navigation for an exceptional user experience. It communicates the client's message effectively.
