What kind of startups do you work with?

I typically work with early-stage founders in SaaS, tech, hardware, or platforms — usually with teams of 2–10, under £50k MRR, and either pre-seed, bootstrapped, or preparing to raise.

What stage should we be at to work with you?

You don’t need traction — but you should have a product, a clear vision, and a desire to test and learn fast. I’m most helpful when you’re gearing up to go to market and need structure, clarity, and systems.

Do you work with agencies, accelerators, or non-startups?

Occasionally, yes — if you're solving a GTM challenge with a founder-style mindset. Let's chat.


🛠 Services & Engagements

What’s the difference between advisory, coaching, and fractional work?

  • Fractional GTM Lead: I join your team to lead and execute GTM as if I were in-house.

  • Advisory Sprints: Focused co-building of your GTM system.

  • Coaching: You build, I guide and review.

Can I mix coaching with a sprint or fractional support?
Yes — I can flex to your needs as long as the scope is clear. Many clients start with a sprint or session, then scale up.

Do you offer one-off clarity or strategy sessions?
Yes — you can book a one-off 60–90 min session to get unstuck, test strategy, or explore if we’re a fit.

Do you offer GTM workshops or team training?
Yes — I occasionally run internal workshops for founder teams or startup cohorts. Let’s talk about what your team needs.


⚙️ Process & Delivery

Do you offer hands-on support or just strategy?
Both. In sprints and fractional roles, I’m hands-on — writing, testing, and building alongside you. Coaching is more guided and review-based.

What tools and platforms do you use?
Google Sheets for dashboards, Notion for GTM plans, Loom for walkthroughs, and the CRM/tooling you already use (or I’ll help you pick one).

How soon can we start?
Typically within 1–2 weeks. I onboard a limited number of clients at a time to stay focused and hands-on.

What happens after our engagement ends?
You’ll keep everything we’ve built — frameworks, dashboards, messaging, processes — and you can re-engage anytime. Some clients transition into ongoing advisory support.


💸 Pricing & Payment

How much does it cost to work with you?
Sprints start at £3,000. Coaching starts around £1,500. Fractional engagements are priced at £750/day with a 1.5–2 day/week minimum. Custom scopes available.

Do you take equity or offer revenue share?
Not usually — but I’m open to hybrid models for the right fit, especially with long-term fractional partnerships.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — especially for sprints and coaching. We can usually split into two or three payments.


📈 Results & Outcomes

How long before I see traction?
Some founders get their first deals or qualified leads within a few weeks. Others build a clear system that gains traction over a few months. Either way, we’ll be testing and validating from Day 1.

Can you help with fundraising prep?
Yes — I help founders build GTM strategies and traction narratives that feed directly into their pitch, data room, and investor conversations.

Will I be able to grow without you later?
Absolutely. Everything I help you build — systems, frameworks, messaging — is designed to keep working and scaling long after our engagement ends.
