High-impact, 1-to-1 strategy session where we uncover your growth bottlenecks, find the root cause, and define actionable steps.
It’s hard to know what to do next when there you’re dealing with a complex myriad of challenges and you’ve got nobody to talk through them with.

Prescribe the remedy

No, there's no cost for the clarity session. I offer these sessions to have a meaningful conversation about your growth challenges and determine if we're a good fit for working together. The session is designed to provide immediate value through strategic insights, regardless of whether we decide to work together.

The majority of my sessions take place online, but some of them do take place at the PlugHouse Co-Working space in London with members of the community I run.

After our session, I'll provide you with a summary of our discussion and my recommended next steps. If we both feel there's a good fit, I'll share a detailed proposal outlining how we could work together, including specific outcomes and timelines. I've worked with various businesses across service, e-commerce, marketplace, and community-based models.
