My Story
Hi! I’m Kieza, a former Lewisham Young Mayor, entrepreneur, marketer, and apparel & merchandise specialist hailing from South East London.
My journey in entrepreneurship started when I was just 16 years old. Like a lot of us who had just left school I went looking for a job, but to no avail. I handed out CV’s and got tumbleweed back. Luckily for me I had just discovered entrepreneurship, and I learned that I could acquire skills, package them as a service and make a living for myself that way.
I learned to design and print my own T-shirts and sell them, and the rest is history. Since then I’ve picked up many skills and experiences throughout my career that has led to creating a business that generates over £250k a year in sales by the time I was 26.
Now I help other small businesses and founders to generate leads and build marketing & sales operations that help them grow as a marketing manager, consultant and coach.
My Mission

I’m helping businesses build their marketing operations brick by brick, so they can have a full pipeline, predictable revenue, and a marketing operation that is purpose built for their business and supports their desired lifestyle.

Hustlebucks
Where my career in clothing and design began. I started off designing and printing my own T-shirts, then went on to manage the store in Brixton when I graduated from De Montfort University.
Lewisham Young Mayor
At the age of 17 I became the Young Mayor of Lewisham, triumphing over 24 other candidates. I used my £30k budget to invest in developing business start-up programmes for young people.
BVC 2013
In my second year at University I entered the Business Venture Competition. I won the overall competition and was awarded £1,500.00 to start my business out of 90 candidates.
Ubuntu SLN
Joining as a young person in 2010, for my MNP at University I decided to re-brand the organisation and write a report on them. My report got me runner up in the IARS awards.
Wear Your Heart Out
The garment printing business I started in my second year of university. It grew considerably during my time as a postgraduate student to over £100k in sales.
WIRE DMU
In my third year at university I ran the enterprise society with a group of friends. I was responsible for our brand identity and marketing materials. We won the best society marketing awards.
